Lights Out Again
Seeing that houseblinger.com is back again generates mixed feelings.
Last year it seemed a bit of a hasty, thrown together affair and it was galling to see it scoop the publicity than we felt the more elegant and fully realised hohoho.org.uk deserved. But since then the Bling team have clearly been putting a bit of legwork in and we haven't. They have developed their site and we decided we couldn't repeat ours without a good wedge of cash. So credit to them for still being there.
Seeing lights go up around Birmingham it is difficult to suppress a "hohoho" and that automatic reach for a digital camera, but ultimately that was last year's idea and I'm pleased to be free of it.
